Never had tapas before? There's no better time to try it than on a stag do in Spain. You can expect to chow down on all sorts of dishes and try stuff you may never have sampled before. Expect to taste truly great Spanish cheeses, Serrano ham, fried cod, crispy squid, octopus, garlic mushrooms, olive bread and spicy meatballs.
All of the above go down very nicely with a glass of full-bodied Rioja, a jug of Sangria or a splash of Cava.
